Hi, I’m Aeron!

I’m a 25 year old theatre lover who now works in the industry as a marketing, PR & social media manager! You might also know me as a former TodayTix UK Social Ambassador or for my YouTube channel/social media accounts.

My training included a BMus(Hons) degree in Professional Music Performance (including modules on industry marketing and promotion) from The Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM), a Foundation Course in Acting at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire (Acting) and two terms at Musical Theatre Masterclass, culminating with a performance at West End Live.

In 2017 I was selected as one of six TodayTix UK Social Ambassadors for the 2017/18 season after being recognised as an up and coming voice for the theatre industry. During this season I worked with TodayTix and West End shows on marketing campaigns through my social media platforms as well as being featured in TodayTix’s content. I have also previously worked with gay dating app Chappy as a brand ambassador.

In 2018, Aeron was nominated for the “Rising Star” award at the Diversity in Media Awards 2018 and have since collaborated with brands such as TikTok, Gay Star News, Disney Store, the Royal Shakespeare Company and many more.

In 2019 I joined the team at the Barn Theatre in Cirencester as the theatre’s new social media manager and have since taken on the role as Joint Head of Marketing with responsibilities for public relations (PR) and social media. As well as working on the theatre’s internal productions I also have worked on the theatre’s London transfer of The Importance of Being Earnest (press, marketing & social media), Jeeves & Wooster in Perfect Nonsense (marketing & social media) and currently working on the upcoming digital production of Henry Filloux-Bennett’s adaptation of Jonathan Coe’s What A Carve Up!  with the Barn Theatre, the Lawrence Batley Theatre and the New Wolsey Theatre (press and on the marketing & social media team).

As a publicist I have worked with publications and media outlets including: WhatsOnStage, The Guardian, The Telegraph, Metro, The Stage, The Times, BritishTheatre.com, The Reviews Hub, ITV West Country, BBC South – Oxford, BBC Points West, BBC Radio Gloucestershire and BBC Radio Kent.

Other theatre projects include social media for Claudio Macor’s Different From The Others (White Bear Theatre) and social media for the online theatre website StageFaves.

I have previously been a columnist for both The Daily Spectacle & GTENmedia before founding and editing my own theatre platform, West End Picnic.

As a performer some of my favourite places to have performed include West End Live, The Other Palace and Birmingham Symphony Hall. For performance and training credits please check out my CV page.

I can also currently be found on my YouTube channel, Instagram and Twitter.
